Toledo FOG Program & Ohio EPA Compliance
The Ohio EPA classifies grease trap waste as regulated material under its industrial pretreatment program. Improper disposal carries significant civil penalties. All grease waste Toledo Grease Trap removes is transported to a licensed receiving facility and disposed of under Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3745-3.
Toledo’s FOG Control Program, administered by the Toledo Division of Water Distribution, requires that cleaning records be kept for a minimum of three years and be available for inspection on request. Toledo Grease Trap maintains digital records for every client — if you ever need a duplicate manifest, we can provide it within the hour.
